A day of ice

We took the girls to an SJMOMs playdate at the Igloo in Mt. Laurel for their first ice skating session. It did not seem like it was going to go well when Lila wanted her skates off as soon as she stood up. She did get them back on after she saw me take Ava out onto the ice. They all were very shaky and not too sure if they liked it. Ava wanted to go out the most, Livi the least. Lisa barely made it out onto the ice since they wanted to go with me. I did get about 3/4 of the way around the rink with Ava in my arms after the other two decided they were "all done."




We dropped Lisa off at the gym for her appointment and the girls fell asleep in the car. When they woke up, we were at the Center for the Phantoms game. They did much better this time than their last trip. It helps that it wqas a 5:00 game and they had a good long nap. We had hot dogs before the game and they lasted all the way through the second period. We were still home in time to watch Dora before bed!
