Olivia got Lisa's attention today and then ran down the hall. She started banging on the bathroom door and when asked if she needed to go potty, she nodded "Yes." She went in, sat on the toilet and peed just a little bit...but it's a start!
After changing close to 10,000 diapers, any little bit in the potty helps!

And if they are anything like my girls (who were 1 year apart) what one does the others will follow. My second daughter was potty trained at 1 and 1/2 years old because she had to do whatever her big sister did. Good luck.
