On the move!!

Yes, Olivia is moving. Not so fast and a little unsteady still, but moving. Forward, towards things she wants. Usually something her sister has. She is also pulling up to stand on anything she can find. Still waiting on teeth. Ava and Lila try to crawl, they go a few inches then decide to roll and sit up instead. They are pulling up to their knees. And clapping, anything makes them clap!! Most days involve me sitting on the floor and the girls climbing all over me. As soon as Mike gets home, he also becomes a human jungle gym!!!It is really scary that the girls are less like babies and more like toddlers now!! Just the way that they play and interact with each other, respond to us. I can't believe we are planning their first birthday!! We have started really baby proofing the tv room, lowering the crib mattresses, and even changing Olivia's car seat. She will be in a convertible rear facing seat now instead of her infant carrier!!

The girls have had a busy couple of weeks. Grandmom and Poppop Joe took them to the farm fair. Then Grammy and Poppop George took them to Paws farm. Olivia is a real animal lover! She was reaching out to touch them. Ava wasn't really interested and Lila cried at all the animals. Even the fake cow at Paws farm!! We took them to breakfast with the sharks at the aquarium. It was to kick off shark week. They had shark shaped pancakes for breakfast!!These babies love to go. It doesn't matter where, they just love to people watch. We also had a pool play date with Ava and Jessica. They are my friend Patricia's twins. We went to her pool club last week. It was fun! Definitely water babies!!

So we are having a busy summer. Hope everyone is having as much fun as we are!!!
